Removes eyelid margin debris

  1. Cleanse your hands and your LidClean® with a simple, unscented soap and water.
  2. Hold your iLidClean® near the last two to three rings at the base of the handle.
  3. Dip the tip of your iLidClean® in your preferred commercial or doctor-recommended eyelid cleaning product/make-up remover.
  4. With your eye closed, position the side of the iLidClean® nubbed cone along the eyelid margin at the base of the eyelashes. The long side of the cone should be along the
    lash line (not the eyelid).
  5. Using a gentle side-to-side motion for 10 seconds, use the long side of the nubbed cone to
    remove make-up, allergens, bacteria, oils and other ”biofilm” from the eyelashes and the
    base of the lashes of the upper and lower eyelids. The corners of the eye or more precise targeted care areas can be cleaned using either end of the tool (cone-end or blunt handle end). Take care to avoid the eye/corneal surface. It is normal for a few old and fragile eyelashes to drop when first using iLidClean®. Wash or wipe away the debris you removed using a warm, wet cloth.
  6. Rinse your iLidClean® and then run the long side of the nubbed cone along the length of the eyelashes (as if you were applying mascara) from the base to the tips of the lash.
  7. Last, rinse your iLidClean® again and use the nubbed tip to clean and massage the eyelid waterline (eyelid margin).
  8. Rinse the iLidClean® and repeat on the other eye.
  9. When done, wash your iLidClean® with a simple, unscented soap and water. Air dry and store in its specially designed case.
